Within you lies everything you need to lead a fulfilling life.

Yet, as humans, it’s natural to feel stuck or lost at times, no matter where you are or what role you hold.

In a world full of distractions and external noise, finding clarity is challenging. Coaching helps you cut through the noise, clear mental clutter, and overcome overwhelm. With support and accountability, you’ll break through obstacles, uncover blind spots, and move through limitations to define, map out, and achieve your goals.

In my practice, I take a whole-person, heart-centered approach to help quiet the mind, realign with the body’s wisdom, and reconnect to your “why”—restoring inner clarity, direction, a sense of ease, and well-being.

Blending Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for mindset, Breatheology for grounding, mindfulness for self-awareness, transformational coaching to uncover perspective and possibility, along with real-world experience leading teams, I guide you toward focused alignment and energizing your best self.

Together, we’ll focus on what you can control: your response, attitude, and presence in how you choose to show up. This shift empowers you to step confidently on your chosen path and reposition you as the creative force in your life.

Hi, I’m Michelle.

Passionate about individual, organizational, and planetary health, I believe leadership development is the gateway to creating a better world.

I’m a multipotentialite with 30 years of global experience spanning industries from transportation, education, sales, and hospitality.

My journey has taken me across Cote d’Ivoire, Canada, Germany, Vietnam, and Thailand while raising two sons and navigating life’s challenges. During a particularly tough time abroad and the unraveling of my marriage, I discovered coaching. The experience changed my life, enabling me to reclaim my own decision-making power and transform my relationships both personally and professionally.

In 2019, I founded MC² Coaching, rooted in the principles of Mindful, Curious, and Connected leadership.  Inspired by my children, nature, and the laws of energy, it’s about creating ripple effects of positive change in every aspect of life.

Live like a tree…

grounded to reach new heights.

Leadership is not a title or position; it’s something we all do.

Whether you're leading a country, company, team, or family, it all begins with your own heart.

Leading with heart is grounded in the belief that all positive change starts with our relationship with ourselves. By cultivating mindful awareness and authenticity, we foster true connection and deepen our understanding of the energetic exchange and interconnectedness that binds all things.

When we rediscover ourselves and recognize our true influence, we unlock a profound capacity to create change, radiating outward that transforms the world around us.  You are far more powerful than you can imagine!
